A Technopark based incubated company has launched a mobile phone application called "KissMS" that will allow users to send real kisses and bouquets to their near and dear ones.
KissMS app launched to send kisses and bouquets
Volmacht Business Solutions (VBS), an IT and business solutions firm, has said that the new app offers a chance to move away from a text oriented messaging system to a more intimate one where kisses can be sent and received through a mobile phone.
"There are different types of kisses like Good Morning kiss, New Year kiss, Birthday kiss, Get Well soon kiss, miss you kiss and so on. One can reject kisses if they don't like them and can accept the rejected kisses later," VBS CEO Badusha Ghulam Khader said.
The app, available both on iOS and Android platforms, also ensures complete privacy with passcode protection, he said.
Face request feature ensures protection against vandals and perverts, he said.
"KissMS is an app that is going to change the way you look at a kiss. One can rate your kisses and an optional attachment of 10-sec audio recording facility has been included in the app to bring message with more force," Maghesh Babu, Director, VBS, said.
The 'distance counter' in the app will show the strength of the sender's affection to the reciever while the 'duration counter' will count the time the user has been in contact with the screen, he added.

Rovio, the firm known for its popular smartphone and tablet gaming app, Angry Birds, has teased its new upcoming version of the same gaming title just after the settlement of the whole Flappy Bird wave.
The news came as a tweet through the official Angry Birds account that states "Big adventure with new birds coming soon! #NewAngryBirds."
Not much has been revealed regarding the new mobile game, but another recent tweet states that more information on the game, along with the official title name, will be revealed soon.
The Angry Bird fans also seem to be excited for the game to get revealed. "@AngryBirds Including the name! Tomorrow? Can't wait :)," tweeted one of fans in reply to the announcement.
It is being speculated that the new version of Angry Birds will include some new birds, according to the teased image published on Twitter. However, one would not have to wait long for the official details to emerge.
Rovio Entertainment released its Angry Birds Go! in December 2013. Angry Birds Go! is said to be Rovio's first major free-to-play Angry Birds title and the first time players get to see the Angry Birds world in 3D as they race through Piggy Island.
The game features over 50 different soapbox karts and a selection of tracks ranging from canyons to speedways and stunt roads to air courses.
Though the game is free to download, Rovio is offering in-app purchases to enhance the gaming experience for those willing to shell out the bucks.
Google Search icon
A handful of Google apps found themselves updated in the Google Play Store today (Hangouts, Google Search, Google Drive, Google Maps, Cloud Print, Newsstand). We’re sure you’ve already received the notifications and while all the updates bring minor new additions and obligatory bug fixes, it’s the new Google Search app that we found the most interesting.

Apparently, Google added a handful of new features — including English UK and Canadian voice actions — even going as far as rebranding the Google Experience Launcher as the “Google Now Launcher” when installed on your device. What’s more is for non- Nexus 5 devices, there’s also a handy tutorial that pops up after updating, asking if you’d like to copy the icons from your previous launcher over to the newly branded Google Now Launcher. It’s this change that makes us wonder if Google isn’t planning on releasing the Google Now Launcher into the Play Store in the near future, to be downloaded by all.

While Google is still contemplating that decision, we’ve got both the newly updated Google Search appand the Google Now Launcher ready to download and install via sideloading. Of course, if you’ve already updated your Google Search app (currently rolling out in waves), you can simply download the launcher by itself to get up and running. Both app downloads linked below.
